During these difficult and unprecedented times, we all have to stay safe, practice physical distancing and other hygienic measures to help cope with and isolate this corona virus in an effort to stop the spread.
Our main concern is the safety and well-being of our staff, their families, our customers, agents and our vendors. We have addressed this issue and have put stringent plans in effect to ensure the safety of our staff working at our offices. We have limited the access and contact with our staff at our offices, which includes drivers, couriers, mail handling and unnecessary touching.
In order to do so, we have transitioned many of our staff to a work from home. With the efficiency of remote access to systems you will experience business as usual. Other essential staff will be at our offices to maintain business as usual.
Currently we are experiencing that some airlines and ocean carriers as well as other service providers suspend and or adjust their schedules and service levels. We are doing all we can to ensure your business is handled as professionally and efficiently as you would expect during these uncertain times.
